NETMETTING/ VIDEO

i am having a problem with netmeeting. i am able to send
video, and see my self, but i can't recieve video. on the
main netmeeting screen, i am unable to click the picture-
in-picture icon, so i know my camera works, and the
person im connecting with can see me and themself, i just
can't see them. does anyone know how to make this work?

Are you behind a router or firewall of some kind or using a software
firewall on your machine.

Does this happen with all partners ( are you sure the problem is at your
end)?

Do you receive audio?
