Webcam screen freezes within seconds...

does anyone know why this would be? This is my own screen
while recipient screen is clear and moving.

The most likely culprit is the software driver for the camera ( or the
physical device itself) -- do you have the latest for your device?

What camera are you using? What operating system are you using?
