netmetting error

i oppen net meeting an get this error
Conf has caused an error in LAMEACM.ACM.
Conf will now close
what the hell does this mean an how do i fix it

Conf will now close

Conf.exe is the NetMeeting executable file. Near as I can tell LAMEACM.ACM
has some sort of mp3 encoder or decoder related codec.

NetMeeting is probably attempting to initialize it because it is in the list
of available codecs.

If you have installed the codec or program that may have installed the codec
recently I would first try to uninstall it. If that doesn't work, I would
( if on XP go to the control panel "Sounds and Audio Devices" applet, the
hardware tab, audio codes properties and remove it if is listed).
