We have one user here who whenever he shares his desktop,
the remote users cannot maximize the window his desktop
appears in. This only happens when this on user shares his
desktop--it works fine for everyone else.

Any idea how to fix this?

Are the screens of different sizes? What is the size of the shared desktop?
The size of the remote users desktops?

Brian,

I just did a test with this user. Our desktop size and
screen resolutions are exactly the same. He can maximize
my shared desktop, but I can't maximize his. When I click
on the miximize button, his window jumps to the upper left
corner of my screen, but stays the same size.

I am not sure what could be happening -- in my tests with screens of the
same resolution maximize button is available at both ends -- and maximizes
the screen at the viewing end ( but still has scroll bars -- using the full
screen view option gets rid of the scroll bars).

With screens of different resolution the large end gets somewhat the effect
you indicate -- the screen jumps to the top left -- but all of the screen is
viewable.

I can't think of anything that would have the effect you indicate. There is
nothing different that you can think of about the user in question?
Operating system? NetMeeting version?
