Upside down Video

In Netmeeting (version 3.01...running on XP) i am
receiving video that is upside down, but my friend sees
her own video that she is sending correctly. Does
anybody know any reason that when I get it it is turned
up side down? How do we fix this annoying little problem?

This is likely a problem with the video capture codec at the other end.
Updating the video capture drivers may fix it ( if that has not already been
done). If there is an option in the capture device to select a codec she
could try selecting a RGB codec (as some others seem to have problems).
