I'm having a bit of problem getting Netmeeting to work on a broadband
connection through a Linksys router. I'm reasonably sure that I'm going to
have to configure the router but I'm unsure of where to start. Any
thoughts?

The most function that you can get will be by designating the NetMeeting
computer as the dmz machine ( a software firewall should be in use on the
dmz machine).

This should allow this machine ( assuming proper software firewall
configuration) to have two way audio/video calls outgoing and to accept
incoming audio/video calls made directly to the wan IP of the router.

Thanks, Brian. I'm really new to this, and appreciate all the info. I
visited your site and found a great deal of very good information. What I
came away with, mostly, was a real appreciation of the complexities of
NetMeeting when used behind a router. Oh well, onward and upward.....
