.NET Framework SP 1 update

Since I installed the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service
Pack 1 update, I can no longer access my office LAN. I am
asked for a password (which I already supplied at login).
I type in my password but it is not accepted. I
uninstalled .NET Framework but still can't access the
LAN. Also changed password on master server and on my PC,
still not OK.
Help.
