is there any service that i can use to get in a Net Conference for
more then 2 or 3 pplz at a time ??

and if there is anything even in free of cost then it
should be better too....

Not sure what you want. NetMeeting supports multiparty data calls with no
extra configuration or servers but requires an MCU to support multiparty
audio/video.

I don't know of any available service providers though(free or for a fee) --
you would have to set up your own.

There are some options depending on what you want.

Ivisit ( www.ivisit.com ) supports multiparty audio/video with no server
Skype ( www.skype.com ) I think has multiparty audio

providing the service fr free ...

You told us about dingotel but I am willing to pay (not much) for more
coverage. And it should be able to work for any kind of network. Does
your dingotel can provide me these services?
